that today my husband said " I should of listened to my wife." I asked for that to be put in writing from him, however I don't think I'm going to get it so I have to blog about it for my future reference needs :-)

Scale Back Alabama: Wk 2

Well, didn't do as well this week. Only down one pound for the week with a total of four pounds all together. I did splurge on my diet/healthy eating with it being Super Bowl weekend. Changed my workout to now include me jumping rope. Hoping for better results for the third week.

Super Bowl 44

My husband and I watched the Super Bowl game, Saints vs Colts, as we ate our hamburgers and fries. I was pulling for the Saints and he was pulling for the Colts. I was excited to see the Saints win this game!!! There were a few commercials that were funny, but my favorite was the Dodge Charger commercial.

Bachelor

I don't know why I continue to get sucked into watching the Bachelor, but I do. I have been following along each week. At this point, I think the final two will be Ali and Tenley. But, I have been reading Reality Steve's blog and he has a different prediction.

Scale Back Alabama: Wk 1

Well, I managed to eat healthier items along with smaller portions with some time spent on the elliptical at night. During this week I did suffer from a migraine and migraine "hangover" the next day which impacted my workout schedule for two days. Plus, I have my husband (aka the hungry monster from the weight watchers commercial) making bacon, eggs and orange rolls for breakfast. But, one week into the program I have lost 3 lbs!!! My target goal is 10 lbs, but I would prefer 15-20 lbs.

Yeah, this weekend my husband bought me the New Moon soundtrack!!!! Listening to it as I drive, I mean creep and crawl along 280, to work.

I want that!

I heard on the news that Helena will have a recycling program with Allied Waste where you can get rewards points to places like Publix, Bed Bath and Beyond and other retail places based on the amount of recycling one does. I am so jealous!!!!
